Nyx Foundry is not a bank. We do not take deposits, we are not a member of and are not insured by the FDIC, and we do not hold, custody, or transmit customer funds.
What we are
Nyx Foundry builds and operates software. Our products are tools that our customers, who are businesses, use inside their own operations. We sell software; we do not provide banking, money transmission, investment, lending, or legal services.
Not a licensed financial institution
Nyx Foundry is not a bank, trust company, money services business, money transmitter, broker-dealer, investment adviser, lender, or law firm, and it is not licensed or registered as any of these. Where one of our products supports a regulated activity, such as identity verification, payments, or dispute handling, that activity is carried out by our customer or by licensed third-party providers, not by Nyx Foundry.
No custody of funds
Our current products are designed to sit alongside a customer's existing accounts and systems. They analyze, recommend, and orchestrate. They do not move, hold, or take control of money on a customer's behalf.
Not advice
Nothing on this website is financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and nothing here is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial product. You should consult your own qualified advisers before making decisions.
